I am Carolina Bernal, founder of Umhana.

By profession I am a business administrator, and for many years I was working in companies, until 2 years ago I undertook a trip alone to India, with great enthusiasm and total openness my life was filled with all the enveloping magic of other cultures, ways of to see life and to see the human being.

I connected in a beautiful way with my life purpose: to promote healing, of body, mind and spirit. Since then I have held plant and holistic medicine workshops...many days, months and years to today be able to share the ancestral wisdom of plants and my love for helping others and serving.
